We will remember and celebrate the life of Carver Sr. on Friday, February 7th at St. Stephen Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 11am and the formal service will begin at 12pm. St. Stephen Baptist Church is located at 1018 S 15th St, Louisville, KY 40210.

Floral arrangements can be sent directly to the church using the information above. The family also asks, in the spirit of Carver’s passions and interests, that you consider donating to one of the three important causes that were important to Carver's life, in lieu of, or addition to floral arrangements.

Financial donations for South Carolina State will be used to establish a scholarship for first generation students seeking assistance in their first three years of study. Tax deductible donations directed towards the African American Culture and Resource Center or the Louisville branch of the NAACP will be used to support the missions and programs of their respective organizations.
